Here I review my favourite books on dealing with difficult emotions. From feeling scared, shy, isolated or misunderstood to dealing with grief, anxiety, bullying or experiencing loss and death – these books respect one’s personal space while teaching delicately (and without preaching) that feeling any emotion is ok.
